Early childhood can be a challenging field to work in and rates of demoralisation and burnout are high. But this night is designed to lift your spirits and get you pumped for the year ahead! A motivational evening in which we will discuss why your role is so important, how you can influence the future of the world, and how much freedom you have to under the umbrella of the NQF.
