Consultancy Services
Consultancy services will be catered to meet your unique needs as an early childhood company/service. Packages and quotes will be dependent on which service you require. We are based on the beautiful Central Coast NSW and we are happy to consult on a short or long term basis in services based in or between Newcastle and Sydney.

Consultancy fees are charged at an hourly rate. Hours will be discussed and approved prior to ECS attending the service.
Some of the consultancy services we offer include:
• Educational leader mentorship - We will work with your educational leader (usually on a weekly basis) to ensure they understand their role and to assist in implementing techniques which engage all educators in educational program and practice.
• Nominated supervisor mentorship - We will work alongside your nominated supervisor to ensure they understand the many complex layers to their role, including driving the quality improvement process.
• Start up assistance - We will assist you in all your startup needs including policy and procedure development and ensuring you are ready for approval.
• Assessment and Rating - When it comes to your assessment and rating process we understand that this can be an intimidating time. We can assist you on many levels including self assessment and preparation.
• Program development assistance - We understand that developing your services individual approach to documentation can be daunting and confusing. There are so many forums available now, and options to develop your own style. We can help you find the approach that best suits your educators, and even assist in the training around implementation.
